Violation and Account Forfeit Policy

Log Market offers only exclusive individual access accounts. Access is granted only to the individual named in the account.

Log Market monitors logins to insure there is no simulations logins with the same account or that the account is being accessed by more than one computer.

Violation of the usage terms will be recorded. Log Market will notify clients of the violation record and give initial warning of account forfeiter. Subsequent violation will result in forfeiter of paid account and restrictions to further access.

Log Market analysis is for the named account individual use only. Log Market is the individual’s agent. The sourced, gathered or generated information is private and confidential. Primary and analysis data is copyrighted, and cannot be referenced without permission.

Data sets are digitally watermarked. Account access used to forward Log Market data will be forfeited.
